Who we are:

The Cape Fear Taekwondo club is a group of individuals with a passion for our chosen art.  We want to share our
training with others in a family friendly atmosphere.

We have now joined forces with Musha Dojo to do just that!  Classes are open and accepting students now!

What is Taekwondo?

Taekwondo is an ancient Korean martial art.  Many people practice Taekwondo for its self-defense benefits, but it is
also an art form and is studied and appreciated for its beauty and grace of movement.  The philosophy of
Taekwondo is founded in the spirit of self-restraint, kindness, and humility - its emphasis is on each student's own
improvement rather than on competition with others.

Children, teens, adults, and seniors alike can all learn taekwondo and enjoy many of its benefits.  Since emphasis
is on personal growth rather than on competition, people of all ages and backgrounds find Taekwondo satisfying
and challenging.

The positive experiences, together with the confidence gained from becoming physically and mentally fit, make
taekwondo one of the most valuable gifts you could ever give yourself!
